Guards Of May is excited to announce their debut EP will be available from the 1st of May, 2012 in the following formats.

Guards Of May has released the official music video for their debut single “Control”, with a sneak peak at material found on the upcoming EP release, to be announced soon.

The music video was produced by Julian Pennisi (BlackLine Media) and directed by Jake David Brown.

Following over a year of writing, recording and preparation, Brisbane alternative rock band Guards Of May make their launch onto the Australian music scene with their debut single, Control, to be released on the 9th of December at 6pm.

Collaborating with the likes of Matt Bartlem & Tyse Lee (Loose Stones Studios), Forrester Savell (Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus) and Sterling Sound’s Senior Engineer, George Marino (Incubus, Arctic Monkeys), Guards of May made Loose Stones Studios their home in early 2011 to record their debut 5 track self-titled EP due for release mid 2012.

With the subsequent release of the debut, Guards of May is firing on all cylinders with an epic live show in the works to be unveiled early next year.
